Returns & Agreement
We are happy to refund goods in 30 days purchase. Naturally enough the goods must be undamaged.
In the case of faulty goods we will replace or refund the goods if returned to us with in 30 days.
In either case please contact by phone too arrange the return. Please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like us to do about it. Please also include your order number and details of your original method of payment.
Postage will only be refunded if it is found that the goods are not as described, or grossly misrepresented.
